Thank you all for reading my previous blog & providing some healthy feedback. Your candid feedback compelled me to write more about pranayamas in this 2nd blog. In case, you haven't read the previous blog(Health is wealth-part I), then you may want to go back & read it first hand, so that you can relate to things that I will be discussing out here. In my previous blog, I had shared some advantages of inculcating basic pranayamas in our daily routine. In this continuing blog, I will be sharing a few pranayama techniques that we can begin with & stay healthy for the rest of our lives, at least for the most of it. Before we start learning the pranayamas, we need to know one very important piece of information, i.e., we need to be empty stomach when we perform any of the Yogasanas or Prayanamas & in any of the positions if you feel any type of discomfort, then stop immediately . Health is wealth-Part I

I would like to believe that we all have a little observer in us. We like to observe a lot of things. Sometimes it could be as petty as observing someone while he/she is walking. A certain pattern on crockery, walls, clothes, some people like to  observe how clean a place is, etc. I think its a good thing to do. It keeps your mind active. I read somewhere that if you want your brain to be active, up & running through out your life then start keeping it extremely occupied  with thoughts, ideas, songs, little 2nd track chats inside your brain, etc.                                          That was just one part of it.
